Ingredients:
For Jamoon:
Milk Bread - 5 slices
Milk - 1/4 cup
For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Cardamom pods - 5
Lemon Juice - 1/2 spoon
Method:
First let's prepare Sugar Syrup.
In a pan, Add sugar, Water and boil until suger dissolved. Heat until it gets consistent.
Finally, Add Cardamom pods, Lemon juice for preventing thick.

Cut the bread edges and cut it into small pieces.
In a Blender make to fine powder.
In a pan, Add the bread powder, Milk gradually and knead as a smooth dough.
After kneading, Roll to a small balls with out cracks.
In a pan, Add Oil, Drop the dough ball and fry until golden brown. Drain and Drop it into the hot sugar syrup.
Soak for minimum 3 - 4 hours.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
