Ingredients:
For the white paste
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts - 5
Water - 1/4 cup
White Poppy Seeds - 1 spoon
Potato - 1
Beans - 5
Carrots - 1
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Turmeric powder - As required
Water - 1 cup
For Kuruma:
Bay leaf - 1
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
Green chillies - 2
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Vegetable Oil - 1 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon
Onion - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Tomatoes - 3
Curd - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
Coriander leaves - a handful
Method:
In a Blender, Add all the ingredients and grind as paste and Set aside.
In a pan, Heat oil and ghee and add the spices one by one and fry for 10 seconds.

Add the Onions and fry till the onions golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and Fry for 4-5 minutes until it is cooked.
Add the Coconut paste.
Now, Add the cooked vegetable mixture and Add the spice powders and the salt.
Add the Garam masala powder
Add the milk and curd and leave it to come to a boil.
Finally add the coriander leaves.
