Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless) - 1/4 kg
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Chili Powder - 1/2 spoon
Pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander leaves - a bunch
Salt - As required
For Kofta
Oil - 1 spoon
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 cm stick
Cardamom - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 spoons
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Green Chilies - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Chili powder - 2 spoons
Coriander powder - 2 spoons
Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
Curd - 2 spoons
Coriander Leaves - A handful
Salt - As required
Method:
In a blender, Add the boneless chicken pieces, Coriander leaves, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Chilli powder and grind well.
Once grinded, Take some oil in hand and form the mix like kofta balls.
In a blender, Add Onions, Tomatoes and grind it to a fine paste.
In a pan, Add oil, Cumin Seeds, Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Green Chillies, Ginger garlic paste and fry them.
Add the tomato onion puree and let it boil for 2 mins.
Now, Fry the balls in hot oil and drain the oil.
Add the Chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Garam masala powder, Curd, Water and close with lid and cook for 10 to 15 mins.
Once the gravy cooked drop the cooked balls into it and cook for 5 more mins.
Finally Garnish with coriander.
