Chicken Cutlet


Ingredients:
Boneless chicken pieces - 250 g
Oil - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Potatoes (boiled) - 2
Coriander leaves - Handful
Egg - 1
bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - As Required

Method:
First, Wash the chicken and Mince in a blender and keep it aside.


In a pan, Add Oil, Onions, Salt and fry well.
Now, Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala powder and saute well.


Now, Add the minced Chicken Pieces add salt, Pepper and cook well.

Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and dry.



Now, In a bowl, Add cooked chicken, Potatoes, Coriander leaves and kneed well.


Take a small ball from mixture and flatten it in to cutlet shape.


In a bowl, Add egg, Salt, Pepper and beat it well.


Now coat the cutlets, with egg and bread crumbs.



In a pan, Add Oil, place the chicken cutlets and fry until golden brown.

Flip it to the other side and again fry until golden brown.


Place the cutlets on a wire rack to keep the cutlets crisper for a long time.



Serve and Enjoy. :)
