Ingredients:
Sooji (Rava) - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1.5 cup
Ghee - 2 spoons
Sugar Syrup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1.5 cup
Cardamom - 3
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Method:
In a pan, Add rava and in medium heat for 3- 4 minutes, roast well.
Then add milk, Ghee, Mix well and heat until all the milk is been absorbed and becomes a tight dough.
Transfer it to a bowl and cool for some time.
In a pan, Add sugar, Water, Cardamom and simmer heat for 8 -10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice to prevent sugar crystallisation.
After kneading take a small portion of the dough a roll it into small balls.
In a pan, Heat oil, Add the balls and fry until golden brown.
Once cooked, Take it off the balls from the oil and drop it into the warm sugar syrup.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
