Ingredients:
Shallots / Small Onions (Chinna vengayam) - 20
Garlic - 2
Tamarind (Puli) - 1/2 spoon
Red chilli - 3
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon
Mustard (Kaduku) - 1 spoon
Curry Leaves - 15 leaves
Red Chilli - 1
Method:
In a pan, Add Oil, Red Chilli, Small Onions, Salt, Tamarind, Garlic and stir well until it is golden colour.
Now move to a blender and grind as puree.
In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves and fry well.
Now add the grinded puree and cook for 5 mins until raw smell is gone.
Serve and Enjoy.
