Ingredients:
Quail Eggs – 4
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Mustard seeds (Kaduku) -1 spoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil - 1 spoon
Method:
Add the Quail Eggs in a pan and boil for 10 to 15 mins.
In a blender, Add coconut, Fennel seeds and grind and keep aside.
In a kadai, Add oil, Onion and Green Chilli and stir until it is cooked.
Add the Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder and let it cook for 2 min.
Put the tomatoes and cook for 2 mins.
Add the grinded coconut and cook for 5 more mins.
Add the boiled eggs and Stir well and cook for 10 more mins.
Serve and enjoy.
