Pani Poori Kulambu (Coimbatore Style)


Ingredients:
Potato - 5
Peas (Pattani) - 1/4 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Coriander Powder - 2 spoons
Garam Masala - 1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon

Method:
In a cooker, Add Potato and boil well.


In a blender, Add 1 spoon of peas, Boiled peeled Potato and green chilli and grind well.


In a pan, Add the Grinded Potato, Peas, Ginger Garlic paste, Garam masala, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander powder and salt and mix well.



Add Ghee a spoon and water and cook for 15 mins.


Serve and Enjoy.
