Onion Samosa


Ingredients:
For Dough:
All purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Hot Water - As required
Oil - 2 spoons

For Filling:
Onion - 1 cup
Coriander - 1/4 cup
Chilli Powder - 2 Spoons
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon

For Paste:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Water - As required

Method:
First Add all the Dough Ingredients together and mix as dough as shown in picture.






Wet a cotton cloth and cover the dough.

Cut the onion and wash well.

Put in Tissue paper and drain it nicely.


Then Mix the onion with filling contents.

In a bowl, Add the paste contents and mix well.



Now, Take a small piece of dough, and press like a thin roti, Cut the sides and make as square.



Now cut the square as two rectangle.


Toast the rectangle one side.




Place the Mixed Onion filling, paste with flour.



Deep fry in oil and drain it.




Serve and Enjoy.
