Ingredients:
Tamarind (Puli) - 1 lemon size
Water - 1/2 cup
Dates - 5
Jaggery - 2 spoons
Method:
In a bowl, Add Hot water and tamarind and leave it for 10 mins.
Once it is marinated, Smudge well and filter it as pulp.
In a kadai, Add Tamarind pulp, Dates, Jaggery and boil for 10 to 15 mins.
Move to blender and grind well.
Serve with pani poori and Enjoy.
