Gobi 65 (Cauliflower 65)


Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1
Ginger Paste – 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Red Chilli powder – 1.5 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Cornflour (Cornstarch) - 1/3 cup
All purpose flour (Maida) – 1/4 cup
Rice flour (Arisi Mavu) – 2 spoons
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:

In a Pan, Add the cauliflower with bit salt and water, Boil it for 10 mins. Once boiled Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, Add all the other ingredients and stir well.


Now Add, the boiled Cauliflower into it and mix well.

In a pan, Add oil, Fry the cauliflower till it is golden and Drain once cooked.





Serve and enjoy. :)
