Ingredients:
Crab – 4
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Coriander Powder – 1 spoon
Chilli Powder – 2 spoon
Tomato - 3
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Thool) – 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 2 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander leaves - 1 hand
Salt - As required
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Podi) – 1/2 spoon
Water – 1/2 cup
Method:
In a kadai, Add oil, Saunf, Onions, Green chilli and curry leaves and saute this till golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and stir well.
Add the spice powders and salt with with water, mix well and cook for 5 mins.
Now, Add tomatoes and until mushy.
Now add the crabs and mix well in masala and cover cook for 15 mins.
Finally, Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
