Brocolli Dhall Vada


Ingredients:
Brocolli - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1 spoon
Channa Dal (Kadalai Paruppu) – 1 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Curry leaves – a small handful chopped
Salt - As required
Oil for deep frying

For grinding:
Green Chilli – 2
Garlic - 5
Saunf (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Ginger - 1 small onion size
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1 small piece

Method:
                                   
In a bowl, Soak channa dal over night.
Next day, In a bowl, Add the Brocolli and Turmeric and boil for 15 mins.









Add grinding ingridents together and Add in blender and grind like coarse puree.

Now add in boiled Brocolli, Onions and curry leaves in this and mix well.



In a kadai, Heat oil for deep frying and take a small portion and fry until its golden brown.






Serve and enjoy.
