Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Oil – 1 spoon
Channa Dal (Kadalai Paruppu) – 3 spoon
Toor Dal (Tuvaram Paruppu) – 3 spoon
Dry Red Chilli – 4
Asafoetida (Perungayam) – 1/4 spoon
Raw Banana (Vazhakkai) – 1
Oil – 2 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Water - As required
Salt - As required
Method:
First, Cut the bananas, Add in a vesseal with water and cook for 15 mins until is cooked completely.
In a kadai, Heat oil and fry all the ingredients until they become golden colour.
Blend the mixture and keep aside.
In a kadai, Add Oil and spices, Saute them for a min.
Add the cooked banana, Salt and Mix well.
Now add some water and sprinkle in the powdered spices and stir well.
Serve and enjoy. :)
