Chilli Anchovies 65 / Chilli Nethili 65


Ingredients:
Anchovies (Nethili Meen) – 30
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Thool) – 1 Spoon
Salt - As required
Chilli powder – 2 spoons

Method:


In a bowl, Take anchovies and clean nicely with Turmeric water.

Add Salt, Turmeric, Ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, Mix them well and

Marinate for 30 mins.

In a kadai, Add oil, Fry the fish until it is golden.

Drain the oil.


Serve and enjoy. :)
