Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/4 kg on the bone
For Marinating:
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Coriander powder (Malli podi) – 1 Spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 2 Spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
For Masala:
Oil – 3 tblspn
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) – 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10
Onion – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Coriander Leaves – Handful
Method:
First in a bowl, Add the Marinating Ingredients and chicken for 30 mins.

In a pan, Add oil, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves, Onions and fry until it turns to golden brown.
In a Pressure Cooker, Add the marinated contents with water and pressure cook for 2 whistles,
Now add in ginger garlic paste, Cooked chicken with water and cook on a low flame for a 15 mins until it gets Dry up.
Add the coriander leaves finally.
Serve and Enjoy.
