Ingredients:
Moringa Leafs (Murungai Keerai) - 1/2 cup (Cleaned and washed)
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/4 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/4 spoon
Pepper - 10
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Shallots (Chinna Vengayam) - 10
Tomato - 1
Gingerly Oil - 3 Spoons
Salt - As per taste
Water - 6 cups
Method:
In a cooker, Add oil, Cumin Seeds, Shallots, Pepper, Garlic Paste and Stir nicely until it is golden brown.
Add Salt, Tomato, washed Moringa Leafs and stir well.
Add water and stri well.
Pressure cook for 4 whistles and switch off.
Strain the clear soup with coriander leaves.
Add salt and pepper as per taste.
Serve and enjoy. :)
