Garlic Chicken


Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Garlic – 15 cloves
Tomato – 2 large pureed
Chilli Powder – 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Podi) – 1/2 spoon
Oil – As required
Salt - As required
Coriander Leaves - Handful

Method:
In a bowl, Add chilli, Salt and turmeric powder.

 In a blender, Add the garlic cloves without removing skin and grind them like semi paste.


Add the grinded garlic cloves, Chicken and Mix that well and marinate for 30 mins.


In a Pressure Cooker, Add oil, Marinated chicken with water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.





In a pan, Add the cooked contents, Tomato puree and mix well.




Add the Garam Masala Powder and add 2 tblspn of oil around the chicken and cook on high heat for 5 Mins.
Cover again and cook for 20 mins.




Serve and enjoy.
