Ingredients:
For Pav:
Buns
Butter - 2 spoons
For Bhaji:
Potato – 3
Beans – 6
Carrot – 1
Green Peas – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Tomato – 3
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 2 spoon
Garam masala powder – 2 spoon
Cumin Seeds – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Sugar - 1/4 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Podi) – 1/2 spoon
Butter - 2 Spoons
Lemon Juice – 2 spoons
Coriander leaves - handful
Method:
Bhaji Recipe:
Once it is cooled down, Smash the boiled vegetables.
In a pan, Add Oil, Curry Leaves and Onion, Fry till golden brown.
Add in Capsicum and ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add all the spice powders and mix well.
Add the cutted tomatoes and mix well.
Add in salt and sugar.
Keep Cooking until tomatoes nicely cooked.
Now, Add the peas and water. Bring it to a boil.
Now add in all the mashed vegetables and mix well.
Cover and Cook for 10 - 15 mins.
Finally Add in lemon juice and Add a tblspn of butter.
Pav Recipe
In a tawa, Add a spoon of butter and cut a bun and toast for a min till golden.
Serve with Sliced lemon and Onion.
