Ingredients:
Boiled Egg – 3
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 20 Leaves
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds (Kaduku) -1 spoon
Red chilli powder – 2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1 small piece
Salt - As required
Oil - 1 spoon
Method:
First Boil the egg.
Add the Tomato in blender and grind as puree.
In a kadai, Add oil, Cinnamon, Saunf, Curry leaves and onion and stir until it is cooked.
Add the Salt, Ginger garlic paste, Tomato Puree, Masala Powder, Red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder and let it cook for 5 min.
Add the boiled eggs and Stir well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
