Moong Dhall for Roti


Ingredients:
Moong Dhall - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Urad Dhall - 1/2 spoon
Mustard - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli - 3
Curry Leaves - 10 Leaves
Salt – 1/2 spoon
Asafoetida (Perungaya thool) - 1 pinch
Oil – 3 tblspn

Method:

In a cooker, Dhall, Salt, Turmeric with water and cook for 3 whistles.


In a Pan, Add Oil, Urad Dhall, Mustard, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Salt and stir well.




Now, Add the Cooked Dhall into the pan and add bit salt and pinch of Asafoetida and bring to boil.



Serve and enjoy. :)
