Ingredients:
Quail Eggs – 8
Biriyani Leaves - 1
Cardamom (Yelakkai) - 1
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 2
Clove (Kirambu) 2
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds (Kaduku) -1 spoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil - 1 spoon
Method:
Add the Quail Eggs in a pan and boil for 10 to 15 mins.
In a kadai, Add oil, Biriyani leaves, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Onion and Green Chilli and stir until it is cooked.
Add the Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder and let it cook for 2 min.
Put the tomatoes and cook for 2 min.s
Add the boiled eggs and Stir well.
Serve and enjoy.
