Ingredients:
Dried Fish (Karuvadu) – 100 Gms / 5 small Pieces
Chilli Powder – 1.5 Spoon
Coriander Powder (Malli Podi) – 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Podi) – 1 Spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Onion – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Brinjal – 2
Drun Stick - 1
Potato - 1
Salt - As Required
Tamarind – 1 lemon size
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Oil – As required
Water as needed
Method:
Grind the Coconut as milk and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add Tamrind with water and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add dry fish, Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric and Salt and mix and keep aside.

Add Water and Red Chilli Powder and cook for 3 mins.
Now add the Dry fish, tamrind pulp and Coconut Milk.
Bring everything to a boil, cook untill brinjal is half done.
Taste to see if you need salt and adjust it.
Turn off the heat and add in curry leaves.
Serve with rice.
