Ingredients:
Shrimp (Dry Prawn) - 1 pocket (100 gms)
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - as required
Eggs - 2
Onion - 1
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Gingelly Oil - as required
Method:
In a bowl, Add warm water and Shrimp, Wash twice and set aside.
In a pan, Add Oil, Curry leaves, Onion and deeply fry.
Add Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and stir well.
Add the Shrimp and stir well.
Sprinkle bit of water and fry nicely for 10 mins until Shrimp gets cooked.
Now add the eggs and fry until it cooked.
Serve and enjoy. :)
