Ingredients:
Moringa Leafs (Murangai Keerai) – 2 cup
Oil – 1 tblspn
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1 Spoon
Urad Dhall -
Onion – 1
Red Chilli - 3
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 spoon
Small Onion - 3
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash the spinach nicely after removing the leafs from stem.
Heat oil in a kadai and Add mustard and Urad Dhall.
Add in onions, Red Chillis, Salt, Turmeric and fry until golden brown.
Add in the spinach and some water to get it cooked.
Grind the Small Onion, Red Chilli, Coconut, Turmeric powder.
Finally, Add the grinded coconut and stir well.
Serve and enjoy. :)
