Spicy Soya Chops


Ingredients:
Soya - 2 Cups
Oil - as required
Curry Leaves - 1
Elaichi (Elakkai) - 2 Nos
Cloves (Krambu) - 2 Nos
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/4 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - as required

Method:
First, Boil the Soya Chunks and set aside.

In a pan, Add oil and Saunf, Onion, Curry Leaves, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Salt fry nicely.







Add the chopped tomato and cooked Soya and cook for 10 mins.




Serve with Roti and enjoy.
