Wheat Bread - 5 Slices
Eggs – 2
Oil – 1 spoon
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Green Chilli – 3
Onion - 2
Tomato – 2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Method:
In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Curry leaves and splatter it.
Add the Green chillies, Onion, Salt, Tomatoes and fry for 2 mins.
Add the bread and fry nicely.
Finally, Add the eggs and stir nicely until egg is cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
