Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 1/4 cup
Baking Powder – 1 spoon
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Butter / Oil – 50 gms (Butter for best results)
Eggs – 1
Vanilla Essence – 1 spoon
Coffee powder - 1 spoon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 min.
Take the bowl and add flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking powder, Stir and keep aside.
In a bowl add coffee powder and water 1/2 cup and boil and cool it.
Take another bowl, Add eggs, Oil, Coffee Mix, Sugar and Vannila Essence and beat until all gets mixed well.
Add the flour mix gradually with the stirred content and beat nicely with egg beater.
Dust the cake pan with Oil and maida.
Bake for 30-35 Min, then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.
Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
