Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Poppy Seeds (Kasakasa) - 1/4 spoon
Black Pepper (Kuru Milagu) - 10 Nos
Shredded Coconut - 1/2 cup
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/4 spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Oil - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger Garlic paste -1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As Required
Water - As Required
Method:
First grind the Poppy seeds, Pepper, Coconut and Saunf with little water and keep aside.
Second, Grind the Tomato and Onion as puree and keep aside.
In a Kadai, Add little bit oil, Tomato Puree, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala and Salt and saute.
Let it cook for 2 min.
Now add the cleaned Crab into it.
Add the coconut mix and add 2 cups water.
Close with Lid and cook for 15 mins.
Serve and enjoy.
