Ingredients:
Beet Root - 1
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tblspn
Method:
In a cooker, Add the cutted beetroot, Water and cook for 2 whistles.
Grinded the cooked beetroot as puree.
In a bowl, Add wheat flour, Beetroot, water and salt in a bowl.
Knead the dough nicely until the water mixed into flour
Now add oil and keep kneading the dough until it spreads into complete dough.
Take a ball from the dough and dust it with flour and roll it into chapati.
Put in tawa and cook for 10 sec, Then flip to other side and cook for some more time.
Flip the cooked side and Add little oil and press the chappati. Repeat the same on other side.
Serve and enjoy. :)
