Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Chicken (Minced) - 100 Grams
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Soya sauce - 1/2 spoon
Shallots (Chinna Vengayam) - 15
Pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt
Method:
In a bowl, Add Flour and salt and kneed nicely.
In a cooker, Add the minced chicken, Water and cook for 2 whistles.
In a pan, Add oil, Shallots, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Cooked Chicken, Soya Sauce, Pepper and Fry for 5 mins.
Take a small piece of dough and place 2 spoons of Chicken mix middle.
Bring all edges together to the centre, Make to a small ball.
You can also make in other size shown in picture as well.
Steam cook for 15 mins.
Serve with momos chutney and enjoy.
