Spinach Chutney


Ingredients:
Spinach (Siru Keerai) - 2 Cups
Small Onion - 15 Nos
Green chilli - 1
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:
Separate the Spinach leaves and wash nicely.

In a kadai, Add Spinach and green chilli and Boil for 10 Mins.


In a pan, Add Oil and onions, fry till golden brown.




Grind the Small onion, Salt and Boiled Spinach to a puree.



Serve and enjoy.
