Ingredients:
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Oil – 1 spoon
Green Chilli - 1
Small Onions – 3
Onion - 1
Tamarind - As required
Salt to taste
Cashew Nuts - 5
For Cooking Rice :
Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Elaichi - 1
Method:
In a cooker, Add rice, water and salt and cook for just 1 whistle. Then transfer to a plat and cool it completely before using.
Grind Coriander leaves, Small onion, tamarind, Chilli as puree.
In a pan, Add Oil, Cashew nuts, Onion and roast nicely.
Now Add the grinded Chutney and Stir well.
Add the rice and fry for 5 mins and Stir well.
Leave it in low flame and cook for 2 mins and switch off.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve and enjoy.
