Moor Kulambu


Ingredients:
ChowChow - 1
Mustard seeds (Kaduku) - 1 Spoon
Cumin seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 Spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Turmeric powder (Mangal podi) - 1/4 Spoon
Curd (Thayir) - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil - As Required

For Grinding:
Toor Dal (Tuvaram paruppu) - 1/4 Cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 1
Onion - 1
Jeera - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon

Method:
In a bowl, Soak dal for atleast 15 mins and blend with coconut, Onion, Jeera, Turmeric and green chillies and grind into a puree and set aside.
In a pan, Add Chow Chow and Boil with water and set aside.
Now in Pan, Add oil, Mustard, Curry leaves, Red chilli, Boiled ChowChow and fry.
Add the ground masala and mix well and cook for 10 Mins.
Finally, add the curd and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
Serve hot with rice. :)
