Ingredients:
For Masala:
Corainder - 2 spoons
Red chilli - 1
Mustard - 1/2 spoon
Jeera (Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
Channa Dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1/2 spoon
Urad Dal (Ulutham paruppu) - 1/2 spoon
Method:
In a kadai, Add all masala items and fry well.
Grind the fried masala.
Now this paste can be used in Kulambu recipes.
