Instant Semiya Payasam


Ingredients:
Vermicelli (Semiya) - 50 gm
Milk - 1/4 ltr
Sugar -1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 spoons
Cashews - 10
Dry Grapes (Kish mish) - 20
Cardamom (Yalakai) - 4

Method:
In a pan, Add a spoon Ghee, Dry grapes and fry till golden and keep aside.




Add a spoon ghee add the Vermicelli and roast for 5 mins and set aside.




In a pan, Add Milk, Roasted Vermicelli, cashew and dry grapes, Sugar and elaichi.



Cook till the semiya for 5-7 mins.



Serve and enjoy.
