Easy Egg Gravy



Ingredients:
For Gravy:
Boiled Eggs – 3
Oil – 2 spoon
Mustard - 1 spoon
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Cinnamon (Patta) – small piece
Tomato – 2
Green Chillies – 2
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Chilli Powder – 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt - as required
Water - as required

Method:
In a Bowl, Boil the eggs.


Take the Kadai and Heat oil. Add the Mustard, Curry leaves, onions, Tomatos and fry until it turns to golden brown.




Grind the coconut and keep aside.


Now add the garam masala and mix well.


 Add the grinded coconut masala, and cook till oil separates.
Now pour some water and add some salt.






Add the boiled, Peeled eggs and cook for 5 mins.

Garnish with Coriander leafs. 





Serve and enjoy. :)
