Fondant


Ingredients:
Powder Sugar – 3 cups
Marshmallows – 200 grams
Water – 50 ML

Method:
In a sauce pan, Add marshmallows and water. 
 Grind the sugar.



Melt down on low heat.


In a bowl, Add the syrup.


Gradually, Keep on adding more sugar, Mix well until it becomes non-sticky.
Knead it well.

Rub bit of oil over the fondant.


Cover and store at room temprature until 10 days.
