Spongy Vanilla Cake


Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 3/4 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Oil - 3 spoons
Vanilla Essence - 1 spoon

Method:
Preheat the oven with 180 degree C.
Dust a cake tray with little flour and set aside.

Take egg white, Add half of the flour and beat till creamy.





Add the egg yolk, flour and beat till creamy.

Add the Vanilla Essence, Oil and beat till creamy.


Now mix both the creams and beat together.





Put into baking pan and bake at 180 degree C for 30 mins.







Check and Cool it down.
Serve and Enjoy.
