Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 grams
Chilli Powder (Milagai Thool) - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/2 spoon
Small Onion - 15 Nos
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 10 Pieces
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/2 spoon
Tomato - 2
Oil - 2 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander leaves - As required
Method:
In a Bowl, Add Chicken, Red Chilli, Salt, Turmeric and stir nicely and keep aside. Let it marinate for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, Boil the chicken in a pressure cooker with water.
In a Kadai, Heat Oil, Small Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Saunf and fry until golden brown. Grind the mixture as a puree.
In Kadai, Add Oil, Curry leaves, Onion and Salt. Now Add the cooked chicken with water into the kadai.
Now add the onion puree and grinded tomato with water into the kadai.
Close with lid and cook for 15 mins until masala gets cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
