Spicy Egg Kuruma


Ingredients:
Boiled Egg – 3
Oil - 1 spoon
Clove - 2
Elaichi - 2
Pattai - Small piece
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger Garlic paste -1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt - As Required

Method:
First Boil the egg and peel the skin and keep aside.
Grind the coconut in blender with water and keep aside.


Now in kadai add oil, Add Elaichi, Pattai and Clove.

Add the onion and fry till golden brown.


Add the Ginger garlic paste, Tomato and Curry leaves.





Add the spice powders, Salt and saute. Add water and Let it cook for 2 min.



Add in the eggs.

Add the grinded coconut mix and cook for 10 mins.




Serve and enjoy.
