Paruppu Vadai Kulambu



Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Kadala paruppu - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/2 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Seerakam) - 1/s spoon
Onion - 1

Grinded Coconut - 1/2 cup

For frying:
Oil - as required
Mustard (kadugu) - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Onion - 1
tomoto - 1
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) - 1/2 spoon
Chilli Powder (Milagai thool)  - 1 spoon
Coriandar powder (Dhaniya thool) - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Tamrind (Puli) - 1 lemon size
Water - 1 cup

Method:
Except Onion, Add and Grind the ingredients together like semi puree.


Grind Coconut and saunf with water and keep aside.


Finally add the onion in the puree.


Keep small puree aside and Form all the puree as round balls and steam cook for 10 Mins and keep aside.



Take kadai, Add oil, mustard, curry leaves, onion and fry well.



Add Salt, Turmeric, Coriander powder and fry.



Add Tomato, Tamrind paste and Water.




Add coconut mixture and cook for 3 mins.

Finally add Cooked balls and cook for 10 mins.





Serve and enjoy. :)
