Basic Tea Cake


Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2 cups
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Butter – 150 gms
Eggs – 3
Vannila Essence – 1 spoon
Pine Apple - 1 spoon
Baking Powder –  1 spoon
Salt – 1 pinch

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 min.

Take the bowl and add flour and Baking powder, Stir and keep aside.

Take another bowl, Add eggs, milk, Butter, Sugar and Butter Scotch Essence and beat until all gets mixed well.





Add the flour mix gradually with the stirred content and beat nicely with egg beater.

Dust the cake pan with butter and maida.


In a pan, Add 1/4 cup of powder sugar, water, Vannila and stir well.




Bake for 10-15 Mins on down side, 10-15 Mins on up side.
Then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.

Spread the sugar syrup on top of cake.



Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
