Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2.5 cups
Instant Dry Yeast – 1/2 Spoon
Milk – 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Sugar – 3 spoons
Oil - As required
Method:
In a bowl, Add flour, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Milk and dough well.
Cover and set aside for 1 hour, Till the dough is doubled in size.
After 1 hour, Take out and knead it again, Divide it into equal portions and make a smooth ball with each portion. Cover and set aside for 30 mins.
Finally, Paint some oil on the balls.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Bake this in oven, for 20 mins until the top is golden.
Remove it and cool for 5 mins.
Serve and enjoy.
