Ingredients:
Amla (Nellikai) - 1 cup
Sugar / Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
This is one of the tasty / healthy recipe which is good for health.
In a pressure cooker, Remove the weight and Add Amla, Sugar and Water.
Cook for 20-30 minutes until the amla becomes brown.
After that remove cooker from stove and set aside until heat reduces.
Now jam is ready.
Serve and enjoy.
