Wheat Bread / Godumai Bread


Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Atta) – 3 cup
Dry Yeast – 1.5 spoon
Sugar - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Honey – 1 spoon
Butter – 2 spoon
Curd – 2 spoon
Warm Water – 1 1/4 cup

Method:





In a bowl, Take yeast, Add sugar and some warm water. Keep aside for 5 mins until the yeast activated.






In a bowl, Add flour, Salt, Curd and Butter. Add the yeast water, Normal water and mix well to form as dough.


Knead the dough until it is smooth.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour till it becomes double in size.





Now knead it back and shape into log.
In a pan, Place, Cover and let this rise for 1 hour.


Now, Preheat the oven to 220 Degree.

Bake it for 20 to 25 mins.


Remove it and cool.


Slice and serve.
