Ingredients:
Whole Urad Dal (Vellai Ulundu) – 1.5 cup
Idly Rice – 3 spoon
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 3
Ginger (chopped) – 2 spoon
Curry leaves – 20 leaves
Pepper (Kurumilagu) - 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil
Method:
Drain the rice, Urad dal with little water and grind to a very smooth paste.
Take a small portion and fry in oil until golden brown and drain.
Serve and enjoy.
