Spicy Mutton Salna


Ingredients:
Mutton – 500 grams
Curry leaves - 10 Leaves
Onion – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Green chilli – 2
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1 spoon
Garam Masala powder – 2 spoons
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Chilli Powder – 2 spoons
Cloves (Krambu) – 5
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) – 1 spoon
Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Fennel Seeds (Saunf) – 2 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil – 1 tblspn

Method:
Blend the coconut and set aside.




Heat the Pressure cooker and add oil, Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, ginger garlic paste, Onion, Chilli, Salt and turmeric powder and fry until golden colour.

Add the tomatoes and cook until it is smashed.

Add the chilli powder and garam masala powder.

Finally add the Mutton, coconut masala, water and mix well.



Cook it for 3 whistles.

After heat reduced, Open the cooker and add coriander leaves.
