Coriander Tomato Chutney


Ingredients:
Tomato - 3
Onion - 1
Red chilli - 4
Coriander leaves (Kothumalli) - 2 cups
Cumin seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds (Kaduku) - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Channa Dal (Kadala Paruppu) - 1 spoon
Urad dal (Ulundam paruppu) - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leafs
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:

In a kadai, Heat oil, Cumin seeds, Red chillies and Fry them.

Add the onions, Tomatoes, Tamarind, Salt and fry till golden brown.

Add the cleaned Coriander leaves and stir well.




Once it is cooled, Blend as a smooth paste and move to a bowl.

In Kadai, Add oil and Crackle some mustard, Urad dal, Channa dal, Red chilli and curry leaves.
Now pour into chutney and stir well.


Serve and enjoy.
