Ingredients:
Chicken (Chopped) - 500 grams
Onion - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Tomato - 2
Oil - 2 spoon
Chilli Powder (Milagai Thool) - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Salt - As required
Coriander leaves - As required
Method:
In a Pressure cooker, Add Chicken, Salt and Turmeric and cook for 2 whistles.
In a Kadai, Heat Oil, Add the Curry leaves, Onion, Ginger Garlic paste and fry until golden brown.
Add in the Tomato, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Salt .
Now Add the cooked chicken with water into the kadai.
Close with lid and cook for 5 mins until water gets dissolved.
Serve and enjoy.
